授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives	The course provides students with various aspects of human resource management, and with which students should be able to have a sound knowledge and critical awareness of issues of theoretical and practical relevance. More specifically students should be able to: 1)　Identify and critically evaluate the various approaches to human resource management. 2)　Assess the importance of human resource management for the competitive advantage of companies. 3)　Show an understanding of the various approach to employee involvement in the firm 4)　Display a knowledge of human resource flow encompassing such issues as recruitment, selection, training and development and be able to apply this knowledge to the solution of organizational problems
授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	The course follow the textbook. Each topic ranges 20-30 pages of the textbook. Power-point materials are delivered beforehand. Students are required to read beforehand. The end of leach lecture students are required to answer oral questions to examine the level of their understandings. Feedbacks are given on the spot.
事前?事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	Students are required to read given relevant materials before and after the lecture. The time to be spent for before/after study is detailed in the course schedule, but appraoximately one hour for each lecture.
